Hello. I'm Amanda Greer.
I am a wife, mother, teacher, yogi, mindfulness practitioner, and Autism advocate.
My husband and I have two unique, creative, and very smart kiddos.
One of them is on the Autism Spectrum.
This has led to a unique lifestyle; embracing yoga, meditation, homeschooling, minimalism, adventures, nature, plant-based diets, and the autism community.
It is not always easy being an Autism parent, but developing a mindfulness practice has greatly changed my life.
I am currently a Registered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance

While it is my purpose to help all families, I am especially passionate about helping Autism families. Autism isn't just about the individual, it is about the entire family.
